Weasel's Den Smoke Shop, has been Grandfathered into Iowa Falls, the City Council voted on a new ordinance on Head Shops in town, they have to be in the industrial park, but we have been in business for nine months, so by State Law we have to be Grandfathered in our present location. We are there for the long hall. I want to Thank all of my supporters for attending Mondays nights meeting. New items comming soon to the Den so please give me your idea's for new product in the store.

We went to our tobacco expo on 3-27, I talked to R.J.Rynals and Philip Morris, we will be signing contracts with both companys . I will get the cig's in as soon as the papers are signed and they bring in there display shelves. Since I'm a smoke shop I will have the cheapest prices in Hardin County. Also please attend the next city council meeting and let the council know you would like for us to stay in town and that we are bringing more money to the town.

We won are fight.

I personaly want to let everyone know we won are fight tonight with Iowa Falls City Council. They decided to give me my Tobacco Permit with out going to court, also they decided to keep there old ordinance on drug parphanaila and not run me out of town. I will have the tobacco in the store as soon as possible. Please let me know your fav. tobacco blends and I'll do my best to try to carry it for you. Weasel's Den, is preparing for a fight this coming Tuesday Feburary 22nd at the Iowa Falls City Council Meeting at 6:30 pm at the library in Iowa Falls. This meeting is open to all the public, however you must live in the city to speak. At this meeting the city will address a New Ordinance they want to addopt in Iowa Falls on the sale of drug parphanailia in the town. They want to shut my Tobacco Shop DOWN because I sell glass pipes and water pipes, all these items are legal to own and sell in the state of Iowa, do you think City Council Members should have the right to say what people in town can buy or own . What has happen to our goverment making the laws not a few people elected my the city to handle a city budgit not make new laws. Iowa Falls City Members also want to STOP ALL SALES on Tobacco Rolling Papers, making you have to take your business out of town , that is not good for the City , they will lose MONEY by addoping this new ordinance. Please attend this meeting or you may lose your ability to smoke in                               Iowa Falls.                                                                                                          Billie Wentzel          

We are going to Court.

The City of Iowa Falls did not issue our Tobacco Permit yesterday, it was the deadline for them given by our attorney in a demand letter sent to them. Now we will take action against the city in court. We are asking all fellow Iowans to attend the next city council meeting Feb. 22nd at 6:30 pm. at the Iowa Falls city library. We need to standup for smokers rights, the city of Iowa Falls wants to pull all tobacco rolling papers off the shelves in Iowa Falls, Plus they want to shut down my business because I sell Tobacco Accessories. Suing the City of Iowa Falls.

Weasel's Den, has hired a lawer and we are suing Iowa Falls for failure to comply. They have to issue my Tobacco Permit, they took my money for one. Also all us tobacco smoker's need to stick togather or they will stop selling rolling paper's in Iowa Falls. They want to change the ordinance. Also this is for all you other tobacco vendor's in Iowa Falls, I want to let you all know when you alpy for your next Tobacco Permit, You will have a 120 day hold on your permit, that means you CAN"T SELL TOBACCO for 120 days, that means your company loses MONEY!!! Stand Up for your Rights Iowans.

As you all know by now, I own a Tobacco Accessories Store in Iowa Falls. I resently was forced out of the River Hills Mall, because a local Church club that use to be in the same building called and complained to the landlord, I was given 30 days to find a new location for my business. It was hard, but I did it. We moved into the building where Family Time was. I went to apply for my TOBACCO PERMIT, I had to pay for it that day, 37.50 they prorated it for this year. When we went to the coucil meeting on the aginda, we saw we where under attack by the city, they want to start a new ordenance to make me have to close down my business. Plus they put a hold on my TOBACCO PERMIT for 120 DAYS, we asked them if they ever had done this to anyone else applying for ther permit, and the answer was NO. They even want to TAKE AWAY ALL SALES OF TOBACCO ROLLING PAPER"S. Crazy huh. They claim people don't use rolling papers to roll Tobacco, they think they are use only for rolling MARIJUANA. This weeks Times Citizen News Paper tells you what all was said in the meeting. They are having another one on 02/22/2011 that is when they are going to vote on the new ordinance, all SMOKER'S NEED TO ATTEND THIS MEETING PLEASE. Plus I'm looking for a GOOD ATTORNEY.
