We won are fight.
I personaly want to let everyone know we won are fight tonight with Iowa Falls City Council. They decided to give me my Tobacco Permit with out going to court, also they decided to keep there old ordinance on drug parphanaila and not run me out of town. I will have the tobacco in the store as soon as possible. Please let me know your fav. tobacco blends and I'll do my best to try to carry it for you. Things are heating up this week...
Weasel's Den, is preparing for a fight this coming Tuesday Feburary 22nd at the Iowa Falls City Council Meeting at 6:30 pm at the library in Iowa Falls. This meeting is open to all the public, however you must live in the city to speak. At this meeting the city will address a New Ordinance they want to addopt in Iowa Falls on the sale of drug parphanailia in the town. They want to shut my Tobacco Shop DOWN because I sell glass pipes and water pipes, all these items are legal to own and sell in the state of Iowa, do you think City Council Members should have the right to say what people in town can buy or own . What has happen to our goverment making the laws not a few people elected my the city to handle a city budgit not make new laws. Iowa Falls City Members also want to STOP ALL SALES on Tobacco Rolling Papers, making you have to take your business out of town , that is not good for the City , they will lose MONEY by addoping this new ordinance. Please attend this meeting or you may lose your ability to smoke in Iowa Falls. Billie Wentzel

We are going to Court.
The City of Iowa Falls did not issue our Tobacco Permit yesterday, it was the deadline for them given by our attorney in a demand letter sent to them. Now we will take action against the city in court. We are asking all fellow Iowans to attend the next city council meeting Feb. 22nd at 6:30 pm. at the Iowa Falls city library. We need to standup for smokers rights, the city of Iowa Falls wants to pull all tobacco rolling papers off the shelves in Iowa Falls, Plus they want to shut down my business because I sell Tobacco Accessories.
